Hawaiian Style Outrigger Canoe Tours
For a truly Hawaiian experience, check these guys out. I was lucky enough to ride along on this four man Hawaiian style outrigger canoe and had a blast. We even got to surf some waves in Kahaluu Bay, a popular surfing beach in Kona, and hulied (wiped out) a couple times as well. We then paddled out to sea and saw tons of dolphins and whales breaching. I had never been so close to a whale before. So much fun! Gabe and Geisel, owners and operators, are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. This is a perfect adventure for couples and families visiting the Big Island.
